The service and attention have been impeccable to make our holiday unforgettable. They have solved all our doubts in no time. We have had problems, because things happen on ships, but Pablo has been available 24 hours a day. We lost the propeller but they gave us the confidence to sail under sail to anchor in the Illetes. The boat was in perfect condition (we would have added an anti-rotation device) and was delivered immaculately clean. The commercial attention has been very complete with telephone, WhatsApp and email communication both before and during the rental, with immediate response to any questions that arose. The charter contract covers all the details of the rental and both check in and check out were very thorough and well organised. The staff who attended us (Pablo and Jaione in the office and Roberto and Davide on the pontoon) were very professional and provided us with a first class service.
